Label Roll Options
Each unit can be equipped with an unwinder capable of handling rolls with a maximum diameter of either 250 mm or 305 mm.
Especially the diameter 250mm version is with an anti-dust cover which is recommended in harsh environment
Multiple Optional Print Applicator
PA4 series print applicator Right now we have two options of cylinder: 200mm and 400mm; is with main three print applicators: stroke applicator/blow applicator, swing applicator and roller label arm.
With versatile applicators, we can easily adapt to complex scenarios.
Labels of Very Small or Medium Size Can Be Applied in Real-time from Any Side.
The pad is positioned in front of the peel-off plate and picks up a label as it is being printed.
Driven by a short-stroke cylinder, the pad moves horizontally into position. The label is then transferred to the objects using a stroke cylinder.
The length of the stroke cylinder determines the maximum distance between the product and the peel-off plate.
Right now we have two options of cylinder: 200mm and 400mm;

PA4 Series print and apply machine can provide labeling tolerances of ± 1 mm, enabling fast, dependable, and accurate labeling for the stop-objects;
And the labeling precision for objects in motion could be about ± 3 mm.

The max. labeling speed of our print and apply solution could be 30 labels per minute.
