Print blank labels

Please check the following:

①The most common reason is that your labels are loaded upside down. Please make sure that your labels are properly loaded.

②Ensure your labels are "Direct Thermal" labels.

③Make sure you have confirmed both steps above Long PRESS THE above circular button, until the blue light is off for the first time, release the button, you can print the self-check page, if the printed self-check page is blank, it means the printer header is broken.
