Problem：Ribbon breaking during print

Solution:

If the ribbon is breaking at the beginning of any color panel, Increase the Y parameter.

As shown in the picture,open the "Card Printer Utility" to adjust the Y parameter, it is recommended to increase or decrease the Y parameter in steps of 20 after reading the parameter, and then fine-tune the parameter.

If the ribbon is breaking at the end of any color panel, the printing stop position can be reduced.

As shown on the picture, you can read the printing stop position first, and then adjust it. It is recommended to increase or decrease by step of 1
